    What is Jon Gosselin taking up in court against Kate?

    According to TMZ Jon is filing for primary custody of all 8 children and wants more spousal support (more than the 20 grand he is getting now monthly) from Kate.  He said that she is an absentee Mom and will use her new role as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars as to some of his reasoning of why she isn’t around as much.
