James Gammon, who played Lou Brown, manager of the Cleveland Indians in the Major League movies, died Friday at age 70.
He may be best known for his role in the Major League movies as the manager of the Cleveland Indians. Major League was released in 1989, with a sequel in 1994.
Gammon’s other films include, Urban Cowboy, Silverado, Wyatt Earp, and Cold Mountain.
Gammon died Friday, at the age of 70 after a battle with cancer of the liver and adrenal glands.
