Salvia, the hallucinogenic, non-addictive and sometimes-legal herb that [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Miley Cyrus [/lastfm]was caught on video smoking, has gotten a lot more popular since the video hit the web. TMZ.com spoke to several “head shops” in California, one of the states where it’s legal, and thanks to Miley, sales have soared! In fact, a lot of customers can’t remember the name of it so they’re just asking for “the stuff Miley was smoking”.
According to the website SageWisdom.com, salvia is illegal in 15 states: Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Virginia.
