The respect.  The proud moments.  The dancing.  The beauty.  The meaning.  Life is busy and maybe you missed him dancing on Dancing With The Stars last night to his emotional rumba with Karina Smirnoff that was to [lastfm link_type=""]Tim McGraw’s [/lastfm]war ballad called “If You’re Reading This.”  It brought tears to my eyes and to all the judges and people in the stands.  It was a night of dedications and his was by far the most emotional.

Here is the dance in case you missed it.  Wait for the end to see the emotion on JR’s face after the crowd gives him a standing ovation.  JR is an Iraqi war vet who is 33 years old and is an actor on the soap All My Children.  His Mom told him that no matter all of his scars, someone will want to be with him not for the outside or his looks, but for the inside and what he has to offer. 

He dedicated this dance to all the war veterans that did not make it home and lost their lives.
