The Family and Community Outdoor Festival is sure to make the whole family smile. Some of the items could include scaling a climbing wall, using a GPS unit to find secret treasures, biking or kayaking all on Lake Elizabeth. There will be food and music and more fun! It is a free event and it happens 1-5pm August 26th at the Allegheny Commons. Check it all out here.

IKEA is serving up more fun and it is FREE. Try a face painter, balloon artist and Chef Kate giving free cooking lessons on the rooftop. It happens August 25th at 1pm on the rooftop deck in the restaurant 2nd floor. Snacks will be provided and you can have a chance to win a College Pack from IKEA Pittsburgh. Details here.
