Let’s start with some food and fun for FREE. Sample autumn foods with live music and giveaways for the kiddos and a FREE market district boo bag! Today October 26, 4-8pm and then Saturday the 27th from 12-4pm at certain Market District locales. Check here.
Ross Park Mall has the indoor Trick or Treating idea! Do it INDOORS! Ross Park Mall on Monday, October 29th from 6-8pm. For the kiddos you can get a free trick or treat bag and there will be FREE Kre-o Bumble Bee transformers (one per family). Activities and music too! Look at the details here.
At the Kelly Strayhorn Theatre on Saturday, October 27th from 10am-2pm you can see live performances and special guest Mr. McFeely! He will be signing autographs and leading the costume parade. It is great for families and FREE. There will be button making from BikePGH, the Pittsburgh Glass center will be creating Mosiac Picture Frames, The Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse will be doing masks and costume making and more! If your kids love animals from the ZOO..you can’t miss registering for the opportunity to see some of the animals from the ZOO at the East End Library. Saturday, October 27 from 11am-11:45am. What a great small window of time to encounter animals. Research it here.
Beetlejuice, Wallace and Grommit and more..all these movies at a local library for a Halloween Movies Matinee Festival Saturday, October 27 from noon to 5pm. NO registration necessary and it is a FREE event. Look here for the fun!
