Last May, the Western PA Humane Society received a phone call from Children and Youth Services (CYS) of Allegheny County. They had responded to a complaint about a minor child and found 32 animals living in horrendous conditions. After a very long and costly legal process the animals were finally released for adoption. Many have already been adopted, but some dogs remain. Check out this video.
