Representatives for pop star Justin Bieberhave denied that Bieber grabbed a teen fan’s breasts after a concert in Miami, despite a photo that indicates otherwise.

On Tuesday, the photo in question was posted and removed from Bieberfever.com, the official fan site for the pop star, according to Fox News. The fan in question, whose name is Jocelyn, posted the photo on her Twitter page. Soon, the photo went viral and questions have surrounded Bieber ever since.

To this point, both the representatives for Bieber and the teen have adamantly denied that Bieber groped the teen’s breasts.

“It’s ridiculous,” one Bieber rep told EOnline.com. “That definitely did not happen.”

Melissa Victor, Bieber’s publicist, told Fox411 that the singer was “moving his hand away from hugging her” as the picture was taken.

Jocelyn has denied that the picture is what it looks like.

“IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN’S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE,” the teen tweeted. “People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else’s opinions don’t matter to me.” She would later tweet: “NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs…He kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there.”

Regardless of the validity of the incident, the photo is more bad publicity for Bieber. Earlier this month, a photograph of Bieber smoking what appeared to be marijuana in a California hotel room went viral.
