Mark Wahlberg doing some back peddling when it comes to what he said about Tom Cruise. Now he’s telling Perez Hilton, “I didn’t know it was Tom Cruise that said about comparing what he does to serving in Afghanistan. “Someone just mentioned that people were comparing that. I love Tom Cruise, he’s a great actor. I have the utmost respect for Tom Cruise. But I have the utmost respect for military guys, so it’s just unfair for anybody to comment on that.” He completely went off on people who would ever said that kind of thing and everyone assumed he was talking about Cruise.
Chris Brown has left rehab. His attorneys say, “Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.”

Alec Baldwin celebrated his win against his stalker after a day in court by chasing down a photographer while calling him a blank blanking blank. Just hours after a judge sentenced the woman to 210 days in jail for stalking the actor, Alec let out his rage against a photographer who felt got too close to his wife and their baby.

A source says Matt is one of the few Hollywood stars to have turned down most ad and product endorsement deals. TMZ claims Lauren Silverman has to pay her ex $50,000 if Simon Cowell goes near their 7 year old son. If Simon contacts the boy more than three times, Lauren loses contact with him. Andrew Silverman cannot trash Simon and must pay Lauren $3,000 a month in support.
