E! Claims Kanye West assaulted an 18 year old man yesterday for shouting racial slurs at Kim Kardashian in L.A. A source says that on the way into the building, Kim saw a guy yelling racial slurs at the paparazzi. Kim told him he shouldn’t do that so he turned on her and started verbally assaulting her. They ended up in a stairwell and he was in her face. Sources say she was scared. Kanye eventually made his way downstairs to defend her..The guy kept going so Kanye allegedly punched him. Police were called to the scene.
On the Bachelor last night, Victoria ended up suffering a drunken breakdown and said she was going home. Well, she did. Juan decided to send her packing even before the rose ceremony. Also sent home were Amy and Chantel.

Tori Spelling’s legal team has responded to the recent leak of an eviction notice that ordered the actress and her husband Dean McDermott to vacate their home. They moved out of the home last month but their landlord claims they still owe months of back rent. Her attorney called the claim a “clerical error.”

Former American Idol contestant Corey Clark is suing the show to prove he was wrongfully disqualified from the competition. He was reportedly romantically involved with Idol judge Paula Abdul but is now suing the show for $250 million. After making it to the Top Ten, he was disqualified for reportedly failing to inform Idol about a previous arrest.
