A roadside assistance service, AutoVantage, is the one responsible for the list and they compiled it based on measuring behaviors such as running red lights, driving while talking on your cell, cutting across lanes w/ no signal, and speeding.
I’m not so sure I agree with this. I have lived in Pittsburgh my entire life and think very highly of the city and the people who live in it HOWEVER the person who ran this study OBVIOUSLY has not driven down East Carson Street around 1 a.m. on Friday/Saturday night. It’s like a game of Frogger down there.
Well, I’ll take being polite any day of the week! Congrats Yinz, we did it n’ at!😉 -@KelOnAir
