These are 3 VERY simple things that can improve your mashed taters on Thursday…and by VERY simple, I mean I could pull these off…and that’s saying something.
1.) Chicken stock BEFORE you mash for added flavor.
2.) Baking soda AFTER you mash for fluffier potatoes.
3.) Put a teaspoon of Soy sauce into the gravy for an extra savory topping.
